Find it
Leaks get traced properly — acoustic and thermal where needed — before anything is lifted or cut into.
Isolate
Supply shut off safely and the affected section isolated so the rest of the property keeps working.
Fix
Repair or replacement carried out to current regulations, with parts we would fit in our own homes.
Test
System refilled, pressure and joints checked, and the work left clean and boxed back in.
